ADQ is a leading UAE sovereign wealth fund, with a diverse portfolio spanning energy and utilities, transport and logistics, agriculture, healthcare, infrastructure, real estate, and sustainable manufacturing.
ADQ's continued growth across multiple sectors required a consistent, best-practice approach to Health, Safety, and Environmental management that could support its operations, strengthen risk management, and provide a scalable framework for future performance.
7th Sense was engaged to develop and implement a global best-practice HSE Management Framework tailored to ADQ's size, scale, needs, and strategic role in the UAE economy.
7th Sense developed a bespoke HSE Management Framework designed to support ADQ's operational structure, context, and future growth.
Our work included the development of a pilot solution tailored to ADQ's size, scale, and risk profile, alongside a review of best-practice digital HSE platforms to support real-time incident reporting, risk management, monitoring, and compliance. We also developed ergonomic fit-out guidelines for ADQ's headquarters and supporting materials to embed the framework across the organisation.
To support long-term staff engagement, 7th Sense delivered in-person HSE training workshops for headquarters teams and developed online learning modules.
The outcomes of this project provided ADQ with an integrated and comprehensive HSE framework, supported by practical tools, training, and digital solutions pathways.
By exploring the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT)and predictive analytics, the framework supported a more proactive approach to identifying, monitoring, and managing significant operational risks.
Through policy development, leadership advisory, and staff training, 7th Sense helped position HSE as a strategic performance driver for ADQ, strengthening its approach to health, safety, and environmental management.
