The Darlington Point Solar Farm project is one of the largest in Australia connected to the National Electricity Market and provides electricity to more than 115,000 households.
The Kids Palace is a one of a kind mini-version of Emirates Palace with dedicated playgrounds, experiential learning facilities, cooking and masterclass facilities, wand many more adventure spaces. The inspection was carried out against the international Australian, English and European playground safety standards.
7th Sense is very excited to be engaged on this prestigious project and has provided Independent Environmental Audits and audit program support on the City-South West, City to Chatswood, Western Sydney, and Western Sydney Airport Packages.
7th Sense is also supporting the development of new Waste Technical Guidelines and Building Design and Building Code requirements to help achieve the waste diversion, circular economy and sustainability targets.
7th Sense has also delivered pilot audits of Biodiversity Development Assessment Reports (BDARs) on major projects in NSW, including an airport, solar farm and quarry project, as well as three stewardship sites, as part of the initial implementation phase.
Services provided included environmental planning & assessments for new developments, environmental due diligence for property transactions, contaminated land assessments and remediation, NABERs assessments, Green Building Design, waste asset management, renewables and other zero carbon initiatives.
The work included conducting a review of native vegetation, threatened species and kangaroo harvesting compliance and making recommendations for improving the framework for consideration by the government.
Our work involved leading environmental planning and approvals, management of environmental assessments and coordination and oversight of CEMP and OEMP implementation, as well as consultations and negotiations with NSW Government Agencies and other stakeholders.
