NSW Port Lessor Corporations - Environmental Advisory 

7th Sense was engaged by NSW Treasury and Property NSW to provide Environmental Advisory Services to the NSW Port Lessor Corporations and its Board.

Our services included:

• Advice to the Board of Management.
• Oversight of Port Lessee environmental requirements for Port Botany, Port Kembla and Port of Newcastle.
• Review of Port Lessee Environmental Management Plans and Annual Reports.
• Oversight of Part 4/5 major developments, environmental incidents & investigations, remediation projects, and
• Liaison and negotiations with regulatory authorities.
