7th Sense was engaged by NSW Treasury and Property NSW to provide Environmental Advisory Services to the NSW Port Lessor Corporations and its Board.
Solution
Our role included advising the Board on environmental governance, reviewing lessee management plans and annual reports, overseeing remediation projects and incident responses, and liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the state’s major port assets.
Impact
The advisory support strengthened environmental governance and helped ensure consistent oversight of compliance, risk management and continuous improvement across NSW’s major port assets.
