Sydney Metro is one of Australia’s largest transport infrastructure programs, involving complex construction activities across tunnels, stations, tracks, integrated station developments and traction substations.
The scale and complexity of the works required a robust, independent and risk-based approach to environmental auditing to assess compliance, identify risks and support continuous improvement across multiple project packages.
7th Sense was engaged by WolfPeak/Sydney Metro to conduct Independent Environmental Audits and develop a risk-based Independent Environmental Audit Program across major Sydney Metro packages.
Solution
7th Sense conducted Independent Environmental Audits for the Sydney Metro City & Southwest package, including the Chatswood to Marrickville dives, line-wide works, Crows Nest Integrated Station Development and Marrickville to Bankstown traction substations.
7th Sense also developed a risk-based Independent Environmental Audit Program for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport and Sydney Metro West packages.
